• During Password Recovery: On the forgot password page (https://mama567.fyi/forgot.php), we collect:
  • Mobile number (to verify your identity and send a one-time password (OTP) via SMS or voice call for secure reset).

This information is used to authenticate your identity and manage your account.

Usage and Quiz Data

• Quiz history, including scores, attempts, and timestamps.
• Session data, such as login times and activity logs.

Device and Technical Information

• Device identifiers (e.g., device ID, Android ID).
• App usage data (e.g., pages viewed, time spent).
• Device token and related device information (e.g., IP address, OS version, language settings) for OneSignal push notifications.

Permissions

The App requests permission to write files to external storage to save quiz results, offline content, or user preferences locally on your device. This data remains on your device unless synced with your account.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as race, religion, health data, or financial details.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your user account.
• To provide access to quizzes, track progress, and display scores.
• To authenticate logins and maintain secure sessions (using cookies and sessions lasting up to 30 days).
• To facilitate password recovery by sending a one-time password (OTP) via SMS or voice call to your registered mobile number.
• To send push notifications about new quizzes, updates, or reminders (you can opt out via device settings).
• To analyze usage patterns to improve the App's quiz functionality and content.
• To display personalized ads through third-party services (see Section 4).
• For internal security, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

3. Cookies and Sessions

The App uses cookies and session management to keep you logged in for up to 30 days. These are stored locally on your device and help maintain your session across App restarts. You can clear them via your device settings, which will log you out.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in limited circumstances:

• With Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the App, such as cloud hosting for data storage, analytics tools, and push notification services like OneSignal (https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy). For password recovery, we share your mobile number temporarily with OTP providers like 2Factor.in (https://2factor.in/privacy-policy) to deliver the OTP securely. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services provided to us. For push notifications, we share device tokens and anonymized device information (e.g., IP address, OS version) with OneSignal to deliver notifications.
• For Ads: The App integrates ads via AppsGeyser (https://www.appsgeyser.com). AppsGeyser and their ad partners (e.g., Google AdMob) may collect anonymized data like device type and usage patterns to serve relevant ads. They adhere to their own privacy policies, which you can review at https://www.appsgeyser.com/privacy-policy/. We do not share personal identifiers like your mobile number with ad networks.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or to protect our rights.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.

• Account Deletion: You can request to delete your account and data via the "Delete Account & Data" section in your profile at https://mama567.fyi/quizprofile.php. Once requested:
  • Your profile (username, mobile number) will be deleted.
  • Quiz history (scores, attempts, timestamps) will be deleted.
  • The request status will show as "Pending" until processed.
  • After deletion, we will remove your data from our systems within 30 days.
• Retention for Compliance: Some security and compliance logs (e.g., audit trails) may be retained for a limited time (up to 1 year) to meet legal obligations.

You can also contact us to request data access, correction, or deletion at any time (see Section 9).

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information should contact us immediately.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption for passwords, secure servers, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws like GDPR or CCPA, including:
