Vaibhav Pandey Studios ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Mama567 App (the "App"), a quiz-related mobile application available on the Google Play Store. This App is derived from our website at https://mama567.fyi and provides engaging quiz-based entertainment and educational content for users aged 13 and above.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
The App provides quiz-based entertainment and educational content, including but not limited to general knowledge quizzes, trivia games, and progress tracking. The App is available for free with optional in-app features and advertisements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without notice.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. To access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing accurate information, including a username, mobile number, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or perform any part of the App except as expressly permitted.
The App may allow you to submit, post, or display content, such as quiz answers or feedback. You retain ownership of any such content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display such content in connection with the App. You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with these Terms.
The App may integrate third-party services, such as OneSignal for notifications, AppsGeyser for ads, and 2Factor.in for OTP verification. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, which are incorporated herein by reference.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be secure, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free. Quiz content is for entertainment and educational purposes only and is not guaranteed to be accurate or up-to-date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed $100.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State, e.g., California], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Your City/County, e.g., San Francisco County, California].
